Private clubs are working harder to grow membership and retain current members now more than ever. I have worked closely with the webmaster of each club to ensure a creative and strategic approach for each facility that is based on their specific needs, unique audience, and geographic location.

 



 

the best design that never was

Northpointe Plaza, Port St. Lucie, Florida, was a Mediterranean-inspired walking commercial neighborhood, surrounded by residences in several different developments of St. Lucie West.



In order to serve these residents, and all of St. Lucie West, Northpointe Plaza was going to lease first floor retail space to a carefully selected list of retailers and restaurants. On the second and third floors of Northpointe Plaza would be convenient and diverse office space owners, who would provide businesses and services that would make this location a one-stop destination.

Branding, logo and launch material was developed. It garnered several awards and was instrumental in identifying the primary target markets for the project multifaceted spaces and developed sales material for broker team. Sadly, this project never came to fruition, but the design was spectacular!

From concept to completion, the goal of a brand is to make a company unique and recognizable, and to project a desired image. Over time, a brand can make a company a household name and identifiable by a simple shape or color.

To create a brand for a company, I (patrizia sceppa) work closely with that company to understand the goals of the organization, the industry as a whole, and work with design to create the appropriate materials to represent that company.

Print ads must be eye-catching and attractive to draw the viewer’s attention. My approach is this, keep the ads clean, simple and in brand!

The key to making my brochures and magazines successful is the design, content and general appeal. I make your brochure simple but not boring; eye-catching but clutter-free.
